Today I was hoping to post that we were officially matched with an expectant mom due in May to adopt her twins. However, after getting some new info last night, we're going to pass on this opportunity. We're praying that the right family for her twins can be found soon. We really aren't sad or discouraged at all about this match not working out because we really feel it is the best thing for our family right now. However, we do feel sad for the expectant mom, who has to go through the process of choosing another family now.
On a happier front, though, we are now homestudy ready again, so we'll be waiting for the right situation to come along. We're praying and waiting for God's will, as always. Your prayers are also appreciated! For now, we're just going to love on Ben and enjoy every minute we have with him!

Even thought you knew in your heart that this "match" wasn't right, it just means that you are one step closer to welcoming your next child. Well, that's what my husband would say to me while we waited for a domestic adoption.
Can't wait to see what's in store!
Can you e-mail & let me know what agency you guys are using? We just sent an application to do our 2nd adoption through Korea but I am just not sure if that is the route I want to take.
