FFF- Slide!!

This week's theme is U-pick, so I picked Slide because I wanted to share some fun pictures of Ben at the park this past week. He had an absolute blast and kept saying, "Yes! Playground!" every time we came to a new little pocket playground within the large park. It was adorable. Please excuse the fact that his clothes look too small-he is in the midst of a growth spurt and stuff that fits one day is too small the next!

He came flying off the end of this slide at a pretty good pace and crash landed in the mulch. He immediately jumped up, cracking up laughing, and said, "Again, please!" with a big grin. I can't believe how rough and tumble he is!

Funny Boys!

I caught this very sweet moment between our oldest nephew, Tony, and Ben today. Ben ADORES his big cousin, whom he calls Bubba.

So, how do we go from these sweet, adorable moments to total chaos you ask? Two little words:

PILLOW FIGHT!

Ben learned about pillow fights because we have been reading "If You Give a Pig a Party". I guess he thought the pillow fight looked fun because he grabbed Nico's boppy pillow and threw it right at Tony! I was cracking up the entire time and both the big boy and the little boy had a blast. I LOVE these moments!

FFF-De ja vu

It's U-pick FFF over on Hannah's blog (click on the button above to visit and see more FFF posts)! I was looking through this week's pictures I have taken of Ben and Nico trying to figure out what theme to pick when I suddenly had a sense that I had seen one of those pictures of Nico before. So, I took a look back through some pictures of Ben when he was a tiny new baby, and, sure enough, that's what I was remembering! Hope you enjoy my moment of de ja vu!

Just a few new pics....

There's not too much out of the ordinary going on around here now that Nico is home. We've settled into a pretty good routine, and I've even ventured to the store with both boys and my niece once. We've also been out to lunch with my mom a couple of times, so we're getting used to the new amount of time it takes to do anything!

Here are a few newer pics of Nico! He is changing so fast already! There should be some way to hit the slow motion button to be able to really enjoy every single minute of his growth and development.
